Dr. Tanwir's Areas of Expertise
- Plantar Fasciitis – Sharp pain in the heel, caused by microtears in the plantar fascia ligament. Treatment may involve prescribed stretching, custom orthotics, steroid injections and/or specific changes to lifestyle and habits.
- Diabetic Care – Because people with diabetes often experience nerve damage, this can lead to numbness and poor healing in the legs and feet. Dr. Tanwir will develop an ongoing regimen to help keep your feet healthy, safe and infection-free.
